Everyone, regardless of style, system, rank, or discipline, is welcome!
The session will focus on VSCK principles — timing, footwork, range management, structure, and the organic exchange inside the Pendulum Flow. We will also do a focus on the medium and long range of the cane and the ore (Bugsay) of the VSCK system.
Bring a long stick or cane. Stick size varies and can be from the floor to your hip.
